CAMP, from the National Association of Preservation Commissions, State Historic Preservation Office, and Salt Lake City Historic Landmarks Commission will be held on Thursday, April 17, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Utah State History will host CAMP at their offices, the historic Rio Grande Depot, 300 South Rio Grande Street, Salt Lake City.
Please note: some printed materials misidentified CAMP's date as Wednesday, April 16; the correct date is Thursday.

Since its inception in 2001, CAMP has trained more than 3,000 local commission members, staff, elected officials, and others from throughout the United States. Every CAMP is built around NAPC’s four-point curriculum: the legal framework for local preservation, identifying and protecting historic resources, the commission’s role and responsibility, public support and outreach. Attendees will receive a resource manual compiled by NAPC with the most comprehensive, concise, and up to date material available. The course is led by four nationally recognized experts. For more information, visit their national website.
